Need urgent, if some of you, do this DIY .... my Powecon cables are missing need urgent replaces for my DVA's .. here nothing have for sale .. rent ... HEEELPPP
There are several features of the powercon designed to prevent it mating with a speakon for all that they look similar. For starters the lug are in different places, and the centre pole is a different shape.....
In a pinch I would remove the speakon input connectors from the equipment in question and splice a mains lead straight in, probably easier and far quicker then trying this, and if done sanely leaves you something that is safe and is easily reversed once you get the correct parts.
