Speakers make crackling and popping sounds

hello
purchased sure tpa3110 2*8w amplifier board
connected to old unbranded 4ohm 10 w*2 spkrs

I am getting crackling sound when switching ON nearby sound system, lights,any other equipment... also Im getting very high cracking sound when my home running on Invertr (ups ).
how to fix this problem kindly help me ...
I am powering this with 15w 0.8amp switching power supply
*no crackling sound coming when Muted in PC,
* no cracking sound //chirrk// there is no input connected.
( these speakers connected to PC)

Please try a different power supply. The problem is somewhat related to your PC and power supply.

any suggestions for power supply I want to build
regulated ,stable power supply help me with circuit diagram.
