Speakers in Barrel Ceiling

I am doing a house remodel. The ceiling in the kitchen and familyroom is going to barreled. I would like flush mount in-celing speakers in both rooms. Any ideas? Is there a way to get a shaped curvered speaker grill?

I suppose you could start with a flat one and bend it over a curve slightly tighter in radius than the final goal (they tend to bend back out a little).

It would help to cut into to or snip the return flanges on the backside every 1/2 inch or so.
