Hi,
I have a set of VMPS Super Towers that I am trying to bring back to life. On one of the speakers both sets of terminal cups are damaged, and I'm having trouble finding replacements of the same size. The current ones have both multi-way binding posts as well as spring loaded terminals, so they are rather large. They measure approximately 3 3/4" by 5 3/8". Any suggestions for replacements would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
-Gary

the binding posts piece you can remove it by unwinding the nuts
then you can apply a piece of plastic on the hole, previously you drill two holes for the b.p. and you're done.

How about this one? Close enough.

since this is DIY
use a cover metal plate fabbed from scrap bits. perhaps even a spare cookie sheet. You could re fit the old connector/s or upgrade to a high grade panel jacks accordingly to taste. Since it's rather larger you could probably adapt it to another cheap cup type.

Thank you for the suggestions everyone. It looks like the parts express cups may fit. I am trying to decide how far to take these speakers, so I may try to find a solution with nicer 5 way binding posts though.

pull the bass driver and mount a piece of timber from inside to cover the hole.
Run a router round over bit around the original hole to make it neater.
respray the back black, then mount the posts of your choice and wire it all up.
