I use Speaker Workshop and love it. You can do tons of stuff with. The help section isn't that great though. Below is a link to documention that will help get you going.

as well as a lot of other measurements: Impulse response, spectra, SNR, THD, THD+N, Impedance, T/S paramenters, Room Acoustics, correlation, etc..

By the way.. in the software license I allow to install on more than a single computer (for example a desktop and a laptop), if they are not used at the same time. The so-called "no-nonsense" license..
