I apologize for my unclear term 'non real'.
I consider the Western Electric 300B, and some other brands that have the same general construction and the same electrical specifications to be "Real" 300B tubes.
Tubes that change the u, Gm, rp, increase the filament current, and increase the maximum plate dissipation . . .
I consider them to be 'non real' 300B tubes (they are not a 300B tubes in my opinion, the label on the glass does not make it a 300B.
A 409 cubic inch Chevy engine is powerful, but an old 1941 dive bomber rotary engine is not a good substitute for the Chevy.
