Speaker cable connections without speaker terminals

Hi all,

I want to reduce the connections from the amplifier to the speakers and I am thinking of removing all the speaker terminals and connect the speaker cables directly to the crossover for better performance.

Did anyone tried it ?

Any tip / help would be useful.

Oh , I didn't know about these speakers. I have some Advent and I am thinking of removing the speaker terminals saving some money plus getting better sound. But I want to see if anyone has already tried.
