If you click the square brackets in the top-right of this editor box to "remove BB code" does that help? On my machine it disables all the formatting options.

@waxx Thanks for posting the video. In the video are you pressing ENTER twice at the end of each line in order to add the extra space? Then the editor takes away that extra space, right? For me, I have to press ENTER twice to get the extra space. But for me the extra line does not go away.

With me it removes the problem, but also the formatting options. But the lines stay.

If you want the formatting, it's just BBCode -- so you can still do it, you just have to mark it up, e.g.,

Yes, I saw your video, but it doesn't answer the question I have. What do you mean by "I do it"? What is "it"?
FWIW I type, where appropriate leave a blank space to separate ideas, and when I press [enter] at the end of the next line, it jumps up because space is erased.

I don't think that Jason changed anything. Will ask. FWIW, I have not looked at it in Edge, but will now.
The above cap is from a standard, all default, test user. In Edge W10 it all worked as it should. Language packs are English and French.
