Sources for getting projector panel

Are there any other reliable sources for getting the panels besides Ebay? The selection is few and they often do not necessary accessories, or perhaps statements like "can't test it, sold as is". Do they not produce new panels anymore?
Another question, I've noticed that the Nview Spectra does not have either s-video or RCA video-in, is the only to play PS2 or other consoles on this be using a computer TV card or are there accessories available? (it does have an accessory input jack)
Thanks!

video to VGA conversion

You can buy a little converter that will accept RCA composite video (some in either NTSC or PAL), or S-video, and then generate a VGA signal for your panel in various formats. I got one for about $60 that can generate 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, and 1280x1024 at either 60 or 75 Hz vertical rate. Find one that will generate VGA at the resolution of your VGA-only panel. Google for "video-to-VGA" or "video to VGA", and you will find many for $30-$100. You can also use it to watch DVDs on a computor monitor.
