I need 0.75" throat horns for Meyer Sound compression drivers, model MS1010L. Meyer does sell them but for $250 per horn 😱
B&C ME7 is the ONLY one I found.
Are there no other 0.75" horns around?

Firstly - based on angle at the 1" horn throat.
Also you can try some acoustic beamforming, something like P.Audio PH-4530 datasheet shows.
Or just print conical couplers with different lengths and just listen because this will be very cheap.
