Source for PCI or PCIe board blanks?

I am looking for blank PCB stock cut to fit into a PCI or PCI Express slot in a PC.
The plan is an LM3886 amp that slots into a PC, draws power from PSU Molex connectors, some kind of speaker connectors on the bracket out the back. So OCI/PCIe pin traces are not important, just single or dual side copper on the main part of the board.

Hopefully this explanation makes sense ;-)

It's a one-off or two-off project. Can anyone point me at supplier, manufacturer, part name?

Thanks in advance!

And what kind of power level are you planning to achieve?

Sounds like you are picking the wrong IC for the job here.

I figured on driving a pair of them with +/- 24V, which would be good for about 30 W out. That supplied by an invertor hanging off the ATX PSU's 12 V rail. Or perhaps a single end PSU design which should make for a simpler invertor.

If you have a suggestion for different chip I am interested to hear it.

I only decided on the LM3886 because I have used them before, and the Overture line has pretty good distortion and low parts count for a working amp (and I have several kicking around ;-)

Why not a TA2024 amp module off eBay? Under $10 including shipping. That should be plenty of power for desktop speakers.

Because it offers 10% THD at 10W into 8 ohms. The Overture amps are much better than that. I use the PC for music playback as well as FPS games: I'm planning to drive a pair of Warfdale bookshelf speakers (Valdus 100, not studio but decent sound), not some pieces of plastic from the local PC shop. If it was only games then maybe I would want 50% THD for more convincing explosions ;-)
