Folks:
My supplies of panel mount bushings are running low, and I cannot remember the source(s). I'm looking for two sizes -- internal diameters of both 6mm and 0.25"/6.35mm. Surprisingly, I couldn't find a supplier on AliExpress. Where do you get yours?
Thank you,
Scott

I bought some from Surplus Sales of Nebraska. There site seems down at the moment for some reason but was working earlier this week.
Ahh, yes, that may be the place. Thank you!
I'm open to other sources, if anyone else has a suggestion.
Regards.

Yes; or the bushing from a scrap potentiometer.Cheap 1/4" phone jack
A follow-up: while I haven't found any panel bushings with an inner diameter of 6mm yet, Allied Electronics sells the same 1/4" / 6.35mm bushing as Surplus Sales at a lower price (https://www.alliedelec.com/product/abbatron-hh-smith/119/70209853/).

I use 6mm to 1/4" adapter sleeve.

Buy 6 mm LED lamps, they come with the bushing.
Some people sell adapters as table lamp parts.
Automatic lathe machines can be used, but the quantity asked will be large by the owners of those machines.
How many do you need?
Nuts as well?
Same nut for 6 and 6.35, for less hassle?
Then find a brass parts maker, in India or China, expect MOQ above 500.
Extra charges for plating, of course.

Not bushings as such but I've used nylon shoulder washers for running 6mm extension rods through front panels for switches with good results.
Try using 'Turned Brass Parts' from India, or China as the search term.
You should find a lot of suppliers.
You can try putting 'steel' in place of 'brass'.
You may find a merchant who will sell you a small quantity.
