Hello, I need help for a soundstream xxx6500.
It works fine until five days ago.
When amp was on, it stopped sound, it isn't in protect mode, I have green led, but it doesn't sound.
I see the input of the dlm4000, input signal is ok, but it doesn't oscillate.
Ir2113 and cd4001 are new, after changed the two components it oscillate for 1 second when power on, but after 1 second I have no square wave.
Does anyone have experience of these amp?
Thank you

It appears that there are some problems. If you don't have the schematic diagram for the amp, email me. It doesn't have the diagram for the audio board but it has everything else.

I have an xxx6500 in perfect working order, my friend give it to me for test.
i have this voltages in driver board referred to driver board ground
with rca and when amp sounds or without rca but in master mode and amp has 49 khz oscillation in output transistor (tested from gate to source of low side)
1 in
2 ground
3 15,0v
4 14,2v

Are the numbers in post #5 from the working amp or the defective amp? The voltages are different from the ones you posted earlier.
numbers in post 5 are from working amp, poste 3 are from defective amp.
defective amp has power output transistors and driver board inside
I have the working amp 4 hours ago

Some amps won't oscillate until they get an audio signal. In slave mode, there is no audio signal without driving the slave input.
Is the small power supply in the amp functioning? It appears that you have no voltage from it in your amp.

Yes Perry, I have to check the small power supply.
I compare the working amp and the damaged amp, I don't have the +15v and the +18v referred to vee.
On pin 9 and 14 I have the vee and not +15 and +18 volts.

I found a 18 volts zener shorted
When it will arrive I will test the amp.
Without zener I have 27 volts where should be 24 volts and in the diode I have 23 volts and should be 18.

Found the problem
I had a zener shorted in small power supply.
A don't have +15and +18volts in the driver board on pin 9 and 14.
Now amp is working
Thank you
