I checked everything I could, I soldered 2 MOSFETs on the last audio output and desoldered 1 of the 2 inductors to decouple the end parts of the filter, but nothing changed with correct oscillation. But if I touch C171 or R123 with a metal screwdriver, the right square wave function seems to start... I'm completely confused with this amplifier...😢
With a signal driving the amp and no outputs installed, are you saying that you have no signal at the gates of the output transistors?
Not exactly, i soldered 2 of 10 finals mosfets, but i have no correct oscilation on them. When i touch C171 it seems start coorect oscillation, for me it's something new. Seems i lost something, i need to check it step by step. 3525 seems work correctly, power mosfets also, diode bridge also, then start something wrong. I need to understand if it problem with cross block o with a driver board... Only when i touch some components connect to IC106 on Pin6 something changed and seems start to work correctly. As you think we coul exclude crossover block and give direct signal to driver board? (just for understanding which part of amplifier work bad)
I desoldered all finals, and i checked square wave in right side everysthing seems work well (i speak about HDRV) in LDRV no impulses nothing similar about square wave. I think driver board has a problem...
The driver board may have a problem but introducing the outputs into the equation before you get good drive signals will typically make things more difficult.
If you drive a stronger signal into the amp, do you get a low side drive (LSD)?
Do you see an output signal on the outputs of the op-amp on the driver board that swings both positive and negative (referenced to ground) symmetrically?

So Perry, after several hours of testing, I found a problem in the driver board, some parts of the PCB were broken... after I unsoldered 1 of the 2 inductors, and I got a perfect square wave at 42kHz +/- ( seems good as frequency). Now the amp is closed and tomorrow I will test it on my car, as my lab does not have enough power for this beast.. in standby mode, the consumption is about 4 amps. If you have any advice, I'll be glad to receive it.
