Any ideas why the leds for the input overload would stay lit up solid with no rcas or speakers connected ?

Does the amp, otherwise, work perfectly?

No .

I just tested those 2 channels and get no audio

I’m going through the channels now .

The tip102’s have different date codes same with the 107’s in all 4 channels is this normal for these amps or should I replace all the 102’s and 107’s since none of the date codes match in any channel

All of the same part number in each channel should have matching date codes. Check every emitter resistor while the outputs are out of the amp.

Took the outputs out of the amp .

I get 0 volts across all of the source resistors .

I took the switches out of that channel also to clean them and inspect them .

The leds are still lit for those channels

I found that U9 is defective NE5532

Something is driving the voltage on pin 1 of the NE5532 to go high .

Is this a sign the caps are bad or the components overheated , or sloppy soldering .

I’m referring to the negative side of the cap on the vertical board
