I don't see any burned parts in the bottom channel in the photo you posted?

Even if all were burned, you should be able to determine which parts correspond to those on the diagram by the other components connected to them.

Q68, Q67, Q71, and Q72 are MPS8099. Often there is also an MPS8599 at Q66 as well unless the auto current function is disabled. Page #4 of the SS Reference 414S schematic.
