Where was your scope ground when you checked the high-side?
Is your scope on battery power (no connection to the mains)?

I check it with the mass of my oscilloscope in secondary ground and probe touch the source and gate, in gate I only see what comes out of the board I think last pin and in source -63v
Place the scope ground on the source pad for the high-side FETs.
Do not try this with a scope that is not 100% isolated from the mains unless in differential mode.
