Someone hooked the remote wire into the negative speaker terminal by accident
I pulled the driverboard and outputs amp is still in protection mode .
1 of the 5 volt regulators has the correct voltages but the outlet one there is no voltage on any of its pins .
Any ideas on what to check ?

Did you measure the voltage on the input and output of the regulator with the black probe on its tab?
There is a winding from the main transformer that goes to one diode then to the regulator. Check that diode.
Is the power supply functioning?
Did you find the winding on the transformer that drives that diode?
Do you see a square wave on it?

I think the amp blew my power supply .
My bench supply is putting out 20 volts now .
Does this sound like a regulator went bad in my
Power supply or any ideas on what to check since it’s not putting out 13 volts the voltage coming out of it is 20 volts now

It could be a shorted power transistor (the ones mounted on the heatsink in the supply).
The protection circuits in the supply should protect it from any fault in any amp.
The power transistors sometimes randomly fail.
