Can anyone help with this amp ?

The voltages on the driver board pins I do not understand what pins need to be referenced to secondary ground and what pins need to be referenced to negative rail .

If I use negative rail as reference I get one reading and if I test the same pin using secondary ground I bet a totally different reading .

So how do I know which ones to reference ? For example the + 12 volt
Pin on the driverboard if I reference secondary ground I get 112 volts if I reference negative rail I get 12.2 volts so which one is correct ?

0 TO +20VDC use amp primary grd.
0 TO -20VDC use amp primary grd.
20+ VDC and over( higher voltages) use neg. rail (instead of main grd )
20- VDC and Higher neg. voltages use neg. rail ( instead of main grd)
