Actually, I just fixed the problem.
Got to be honest, sometimes just writing everything out and posting here (And a new day with fresh ideas) is all it takes.
I should have posted photos of this mess. This amp needed everything every way. It is probably my greatest accomplishment.
I actually found a problem with RCA shields being disconnected at that channel. I had to use phono jacks for those inputs and shield of that chan didn't hold. I've fixed it now. No more screeching.
This amp is being moved to the high pressure testing 'pile' for next steps. I'm very surprised this amp made it that far.
