This unit had 4 bad audio output MOSFET,
They were all replaced together with the IR2113 driver IC,
But know the amp have a noise like if it was missing a ground,
There is audio, but it sound like when an amp have the ground
Shield connector broken.

Looking at your other post, regarding noise, are you sure your signal source is grounded along with your power supply ?
I traced the RCA ground connector and it does not connected straight to the power supply ground, it goes to a couple of resistor and then goes to one of the two tl074 ICs.
what if you connect a cable between the RCA shields of the amp and the ground of your power supply?

If an amplifier is installed in a car, the RCAs ground is the chassis, so is the power ground of the amp.
