i've tested my Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 usb soundcard with RMAA and got the result of noise level as attached..
my question is why is the noise increases towards lower freq starting from 300Hz? 😕😕 who's the culprit?

This may be caused by the FFT window being too small, i.e. too few samples.
If that is the case, this is caused by the measurement (FFT software settings) and not the sound card.
Try to find somewhere in your software where you can set "FFT Size", "FFT Length" and increase the length.
