Won't make 80 Hz… not even close. FF85wk will get close but still 80 Hz is a little low for it.

This driver looks interesting - very low Rms and full range character:These drivers are not really full range. Have a look at cheap Vifa TC9, Vifa TG9, some of Tang Band full-rangers or Visaton B80. 3" should be fine if you have a separate sub.

But after equalizing also Eminence's "PRO5W-8" could be provide good sound (increase upper area above 9 KHz arround 10-12db and decrease midrange area 2K-7K arround 3-4db):
