I currently have 2 Turbosound TXD-151s, a interM M1000 amp, a Alto ZMX52 mixer and a Numark NV. I would like to add 1 sub to the sound system but how would I do this. Would I have to buy a new mixer, crossover and amplifier? and how would it all connect together?
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

The easiest step to make is add a powered sub, connections would be from the mixer out to the sub, then back to the amp to power the 151s. The next easiest solution is to add a passive sub and an external crossover and use 1 channel of your existing amp to power the sub and the other to power the 151s, the downside of this is your system is now mono. Third option is to buy another amp, crossover, and sub but that is more money. With these last two options you connect from the mixer/controller to the crossover first, high out goes to the amp powering the 151s, low out goes to the sub or sub amp.
If you never plan to go much beyond this size of setup you owe it to yourself to consider a complete reset on your system.. sell off all the separates and buy powered speakers. A single 18" powered sub and a pair of 12" powered tops(no need for 15s when you have a sub) is all you need beside a mixer or controller and this system can do 150-200ppl depending on the type of events and the quality of the powered speakers.
