Hi there!
I got some matched mosfets for my aleph p1.7, they are IRF630. Is the sound worse than IRF610. Is the IRF610 the only option, or could I use also the IRF630, without hearing more distortion?
next to the IRF630 I got IRF9610, can they do the job together?
Thanks allready for the answer. grtz Teake

Just build it and listen to it.
If the sound is not to your satisfaction,
replace them with whatever you think of . . .

Will an IRF630 work ? Sure !
But why no try to read a datasheet, an IRF630 is 4 times an IRF610 :
4 times more current.
4 times lower RDSon.
4 times higher power.
4 times higher capacitance.
I've used IRF630s as power amp output devices.
Do yourself a favour, buy IRF610s.
