Hi there,
When movies have a quiet scene - the sound from the soundbar cuts in and out. Does anyone PLEASE have a fix?
We maximise the laptop/chromecast volume, then control the soundbar volume from there.
I have a TV - Chromecast 3 HDMI plugged in - and the below sound bar connected to the TV with an optical cable.
Panasonic 200W 2.1 Soundbar w/ Wireless Subwoofer
SC-HTB488GNK
The TV is quite old - Panasonic TH-P42S10A.

Does the sound bar volume change with the TV remote control?
Thanks so much for the reply!
No - there is a TV volume, and a Soundbar Volume. each device has their own remote.
If I turn up the TV volume with the TV remote control, as well as the sound bar - there's a weird double sound as both the TV and the sound bar are producing sound. So I leave the TV on Zero.
Thanks!
If possible, try connecting by HDMI ARC on the TV if it has it.
If there is no signal a lot of devices mute so have a look at the digital out settings on the TV as there may be a setting that's causing issues or mute. Also look at the setting in the soundbar.
