Could someone please point me at some code that will give me a sine wave genrator via my sound card

It's probably more complicated than you want, but try downloading a copy of SwitcherCADIII from Linear Technology. It is a spice simulator that has the unique feature or letting you write voltages and currents to .wav files.
This can be used to create sweeps, warbles, steady tones, etc.
You can burn the files to a CD and play back on any CD player.
I have attached a simple file that shows how the .wav output is used. It is really quite easy. Change the extension from .txt to .asc before you load it into SwCADIII. Listen to the output with headphones!

Thanks guys... there seems to be more stuff out there than I have time to look at. Now all I need is something to do circuit layout. Any suggestions?
