Well her is the layout I have come up with so far
Front

Here you can see the power supply is out the box as I wanted to keep the box as slim as possible
Inside

Let me know what you think
Question : if I wanted to get the below tweeters would I need to get a filter for them and if so how would I go about doing it

I don't see anything obviously wrong. I think you should include dimensions for your box and seek out someone with more knowledge of your project. Especially since you're contemplating new tweeters and crossovers.
just took another look at the Amp board and power supply in the specs below
Specifications:
• Power output (with 36 VDC power supply): 100W x 6 (6 ohms, THD 10%), 80W x 6 (8 ohms, THD 10%), 78W x 6 (6 ohms, THD 1%)
• Frequency response: 22 to 22,000 Hz
• Minimum impedance: 4 ohms
• Recommended power supply: 14 to 39 VDC, 18A regulated
it stats that i require a 14 to 39 VDC, 18A regulated power supply but not able to find this recommended power supply
i see there is a 24 VDC 14.6A 350W , is the Amp rating still to low for this board, i see there is also a 36 VDC 9.7A 350W with even lower amp rating , which is the better power supply to use ?

I think the 24V supply is a decent match.
Keep in mind your speakers aren't rated for 100W, so you don't need or want full power from the amp. The 18A spec refers to the 36V supply; the current required will be less for lower supply voltages.

ummmm if i wanted to add Bluetooth and Optical to this Amp would it be possible ?

Sure Electronics 6x100W TDA7498 Class-D Amplifier Board
Well the build has officially started 🙂 , was a lucky day today got three things delivered from different parts of the world all on the same day lol
#1 is my CNC cut wood
#2 my Sure-Electronics 6x100watt amplifier board
#3 Tinyosshop Bluetooth audio receiver
PROGRESS
the only thing I managed to do today was fit the amp board stand offs
But there plenty more to come 🙂
