Surely that's supposed to be the 2SC926A outlined above?
ECG85 comes up as a 70V C-E part, that doesn't seem right (2SC926A: 210 V, 30 mA, hFE > 30, C = 4 pF, so basically a small high-voltage transistor, something not really in demand since the demise of CRTs).
