Sony PS-B80 CPU problem

I have a Sony PS-B80 for repair here. The player have a CPU problem
The Oszillator input on the CPU didn't work but the Quarz is ok .
Need some help

If you think it is faulty. Or, check pin 26 is getting a reset pulse and you have 5v on pin 42

Yes I think so .Is it possible to take the Arm away and drive the turntable with another arm

Make sure you use *10 probe when looking at clock signal or the scope probe will stop the clock.

I know from another turntable that it is possible to here the cpu when it loads the program
I test the clock from the motor drive and it is ok
