My query is i recently got sony explod cdx-s2210s 52 x 4 amp and pioneer speakers 460 w max . are these compatible ?
And any specific precautions to be observed while installing these ?

yes they'll be compatible
There aren't any real precautions, it just looks like a simple headunit and speaker swap. You aren't going to have to run any wire to the doors, power for amps, remote, anything like that. You'll want a wiring harness for the new headunit so you don't have to cut off the factory harness, and a mounting kit so it matches the dash, but that's about it.
