Have a SONY CDP-791 that missreads/skips songs and occasionally displays "No Disc" message. Does anyone have the service manual they can share? Can't seem to be able to locate one.

I had the same problem ad I solved changing the laser pickup.
It is a KSS 240, available on ebay for around 11 Euro delivered.
It is a 10 minutes work, no problems.
Just check if the disc spins, otherwise it could be some different mech issue.
