They are not short, and measure ok... Only with supply voltage without remote, i have 12v on the emitter, and 9v on the Base. If i connect remote, i have 12v on base....collector always 0V
ok, that was the bump.-..now i got 12v during start up. The bump is nearly complete gone. now you see on the subwoofer, that there is still a dc offset...thanks allready allot perry, for teaching...
Are you saying that you have 12v across the speaker terminals but the startup/power down pop is gone?
No,,, the pop is gone... But still dc offset i think 1,5v. I will measure later.
I conected a subwoofer, no more pop during start or stop, only a little. When the amp is on, you can see, how the membran of the woofer is slowly going down a little bit, without input signal

That's probably OK if the amp otherwise works perfectly. Did you measure directly across the speaker terminals (not using the primary ground) with the woofer connected?
The high DC with no woofer is normal. I've had a lot of them in the 4v+ range.
