US reveals details of recent 'sonic attack' on Cuba diplomats - BBC News

I honestly don't know what to make of it, and reading this: Cuba acoustic attack: What is a covert sound weapon? - BBC News nobody else does either.

Go low or high: If low frequencies were used, wouldn't people would be aware of the vibrations and reported something before they were taken ill? High frequency is possible, but unless you can direct it in an isolated place, you would not just be affecting the intended target, but everyone else nearby.

It all seems a bit suspect to me, but what do I know?

It's one of those ones where it's not helpful to even speculate openly, imo.

Might as well go to a nuclear science forum after North Korea launches a missile and ask if anyone there knows how they did it.

Obviously not on anything like the same scale, but regardless of how they actually did it, a sufficiently solid bit of speculation as to how they may have done it could represent instructions on how someone else could do it.
