I am curious to know if anybody has built the K6 power supply. I want to know if the specifications on the schematic were enough to built it or not.

I was looking at the prices for the transformers, some of them is dificult to obtain some its impossible to obtain,
and AandT Labs are not responding to any e-mail messages.
I will start working into this SMPS right a way with the guids avaialble abou the GATE DRIVE transformers

K6 - Power Supply

I built this supply from scratch, and it seems that this design has many problems, and it will only work if you have the original transformers, and the PCB, since its really critical, and the design is not that smart.
I spent lot of money on making that supply, I burned many mosfets, while testings. its worthless to continue

Hello! I also want to build this source and for this I have a magazine containing this project, make the type dimension T2 transformer as it is: 846T250-3C8 TOROID OF FERROXCUBE, here shown in number of turns to build, if someone inetresa and want help with taste'll upload pictures of that project (magazine).
Does anyone know of a substitute for the toroid?.
