Mica insulators are very good if you don't need many of them. Searching for 4671 keystone on either Mouser or Digikey will get you to the mica insulators.
SMD transistor marked 3B, i found part numbers (3B, BC856B, FMMT918, BC556B). it is used as a driver for the power supply fets (now IRFIZ48G) in an old punch 4060X. i searched BC856B first and found it very easily but i don't have any on hand. is there an acceptable replacement or would it be best if i were to order the parts?
