There is no software for that, it's a skill you need to learn. Read up on good grounding schemes.
right, I figured. I'm working on it . It's a skill for sure. You'd think in 2015 we'd have a computer that can see a schematic and make a sensible wiring layout. but guess not.
Forget an autorouter for laying out audio.
You need to plan power tracks and audio/power supply grounding otherwise yo uwill end up with lots of hum.

Autorouters are designed by software engineers, software engineers don't know how to design PC boards.
Most PCBCAD packages will convert a schematic into a rats nest pcb.
While I don't like auto-routers I do find swap auto-placers useful for getting a minimal net length. Swap auto-placers swap 2 components and if the net is shorter they keep the new layout. Then they do this for all combinations of components.
