Hello fellow DIYers!
Who can recommend some useful software for Linux, like schematic drawing, PCB design, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and so on?
I've discovered that CentOS 5.5 recognized ALL (wow!) hardware in my Dell Inspiron 9300! If to find all tools I needfor audio design, good bye forever endless efforts to support Windows in semi-live condition! 🙂

might be worth asking in the Linux audio thread.

Although I think they are more Ubuntu aligned.

Thanks a lot!
Also, they are playback related.
What I need for the beginning, some software to draw schematics and PCBs.
Hi,
there is Kicad ?
Main Page - KiCad
There might be more stuff, look at the OS main depository.
I never used CentOs, and it's been a long time since I used Fedora.

Wow, it is great, thank you!

GPL Electronic Design Automation / EDA tools for UNIX
PCB 3.0
gEDA/PCB
Also, I think Numerical Innovations programs also can run on linux
