Exactly. You can find many examples of dentists' finger cancer in the literature. Or to use an appropriate device (film holder) instead that allows the film package or x-ray digital sensor to be in parallel with the teeth and perpendicular with the x-rays (to allow isometric projection) without any further human intervention.
