Hi Stuart

I have just sent for a SN16861. The price is £7.53 + £2.95 P&P.

The supplier is Donberg Electronics, Ireland.

I ordered mine by e-mail and paid by credit card.

The nice thing about the Quad 44 is that it's easy to work on. I'm going to fit a good quality turned-pin IC socket before I instal the new chip. If you haven't got the circuit diagram, send me your e-mail address and I will send you one as an attachment.
