I managed to stock up on more of the FETs / boards etc than I actually needed.

I've built and tested a few of the remaining boards. They can be used for 24V or 12V supplies, depending on the rating of the MLCC snubber cap.

Open to reasonable offers, but please bear in mind that these are a right faff to solder

What mosfets did you use?

Pics of 2 of them, Mosfets are 40V items, RDS(on) is 12mOhms (I tried the crazy fast ones and in my amp they rang)

They are Infineon IPG20N04S4-12

Last pic is an identical pair doing their work in my LuDEF with 22uF MLCC caps
