SMPS Transformers & Misc. MOSFET's For Sale!

I bought two of these transformers and this IS the correct way to use them. (they are incredibly efficient!) You could almost get away using the fet's unsinked believe it or not. on my bench power supply I could run 10 amps through the supply using 4 irfz44's and they would just barely get warm to the touch.
 
Thank you, this is the information that I was looking for.

Even if I could get away without sinking the FETs, I'll sink 'em anyway. I wasn't planning on using one of the big heat sinks for that, just some aluminum sheet, possibly connected to the main heat sink, but not necessarily. Of course if the main heat sink is physically large enough (And it may be) I might use it, though that could be playing with fire in terms of a grounding scheme... though no more so than a commercial car amp, I suppose.

Okay, now to get to work on the controller board...
