Have a look at www.coldamp.com
They announce a couple of SMPS, one for offline use and other with
12V input, although I am afraid they are not still available. However, it seems that they will sell them as complete units instead of unassembled kits.
BTW: Have you seen the BP4078 class-D module? It looks coool!
