That depends on your chosen frequency and topology. I would look at either Brown's, Chryssis' or Pressman's books on SMPS Design- Chapter on Transformers (or better yet- all three). Any of these will have the plug-n-play euqations for both forward and fly-back types of transformers.
You don't say whether this is a forward or flyback. VERY different design processes, and different numbers.
