Here is a protractor I made for myself to set up my SME 3009 S2 non-improved. It prints to letter size paper. I have not found an arm specific protractor anywhere online so I’m posting it here just in case someone else can use it.
Check the X and Y scales to verify it printed correctly
Rotate so the appropriate arrow points to the pivot point
The “check effective length" arcs are for setting the stylus to pivot point distance. You should be able to trace the magenta arc perfectly at 237.44 mm, the red arcs are + or - 1 mm
The “Stock” and “Lofgren A” arcs have additional red arcs plotted in 1 mm increments so you can verify which direction to move to set the overhang. If the overhang is right you should be able to trace the center arc perfectly.

Nice !
Hi Marty.
That looks GREAT ! 😀
I have an SME 3009 arm that needs some TLC & setup.
I'm not actually sure what specific model it is ? 😕
I have some info stashed on my older 'puter.
Your drawing looks ACE ! 😎
Saved for checking out with my SME 3009.
Thanks.
