Can anyone point me to SPICE models for MPSA14 and MPSA65 ?
I tried Fairchild but was put into some kind of community.
I just want a download site for a lot of BJT models.
thanks in advance

Keantoken might have those check out Bob Cordell's site as well - he has quite a few models that he has refined from the stock manufacturers ones.

Jerl,
CJC and CJE are different between mpsa14 and mpsa65
All else are identical.
Could these be right?

Though unknown accuracy, On Semi's SP3 and other models of the SOT23 version of MPSA14 (MMBTA14LT1) is available on their site, listed on the left as "simulation models". ON Semiconductor.
I've yet to find a SMD version for the model of MPSA65. The TO92 style parts being obsolete and virtually all through-hole small signal devices soon to follow, this problem will only get worse.

If I can't easily find a SPICE model on the manufacturer's web site, I look in the LTSpice User Group on Yahoo. See:
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/LTspice/info
If the model isn't in the Messages or Files of that group, the members can often point you to a source.

mpsa13/14 and mpsa64/65 are meant to be complimentary types, but these models are from a large file of a couple thousand models I have on my drive so I have no idea of their accuracy.
This suggests that the models are set to make them exactly complementary, except for the two capacitances.mpsa13/14 and mpsa64/65 are meant to be complimentary types, but these models are from a large file of a couple thousand models I have on my drive so I have no idea of their accuracy.
In practice it seems to me that the models are too complementary.
I doubt any manufacturer could get them that close, considering how many manufacturers cannot get them close.
But I am an amateur who knows nothing about manufacturing any semiconductors.
