It definitely is a class D amp.
Clocked. Filter less. Power stage without feedback.
Have a closer look. IC1/3 and 1/4 are forming the carrier.
Indeed a pretty exotic carrier generator, but still likely to oscillate.
...wohoo, really a different project.
It would be fun to have a beer with the designer, after that I might look to the world with different eyes...

I need to put out a big warning about the power supply circuit given for this amp, which is COMPLETELY LETHAL, as in live chassis sort of lethal in a project with external connections.
Do NOT use this power supply, not for anything.....
Regards, Dan.

Interesting design.
Yes, PSU is a total NO GO .... 0/GND connected directly to mains!!!! Not an Offline design ....
The amp is running 50 KHz and of course also need an output filter not to burn your tweeters and not to act as a radio transmitter!!
On the other hand the triangle osc output looks quite good, and the output is also quite nice ..... See LTSpice files attached ... enjoy 🙂

Absolutely true - even with the aspect of low cost.
A humans life should be worth the money for mains isolation.
...hell, I did not spend a microsecond to look at the PSU, before I wrote my first posting...
In order to design such a solution, you really need to look to the world with different eyes than mine!
A beer with this guy would be an enrichment.
I doubt that the short comings are an accident, I guess this guy is simply living in a very different and more dangerous world than we do.
Never was in Thailand, but ten years ago in India I saw a large transformer with unprotected wiring. From construction and wiring my guess was that this beast (sized 1.5m x 1m x 1.5m) was fed by 10kV and supplied the domestic households of the closer area. This transformer simply stood unprotected on a field aside the street and the children were playing not far from it.
The transformer was powered, I heard it humming from a distance of about 2m... My Indian colleagues did not regard this as something special.
