Ok so a slot port is never smaller than the diameter of a tube ? That was basicly my point of view at it. Because i can use the height and width of the slot instead of a diameter ?
Dont worry about the equipment if its gonna last from hanging and/or getting warm without proper ventilation. I see with those other calculators i need to make a box of 117liter :-/ with an F3 of 21Hz

you never know what people are gonna do , you could wrap it completely up like an Egypt mummy and put it in the center of a Pyramid. outa sight
Well, you were concerned, it seemed, about the driver hanging and breaking and the plate amp being destroyed because of no ventilation.. nvm

remember youre paranoid not me
And blind supposedly ?
interior decorators are never blind😀
just joking the whole time forgot the other Smilie thingys
Yeah i figured you were joking.. But its not really getting me anywhere 🙂
I just guess there is no option for me getting this ported enclosure any smaller than 117 liters. is there ?

sure we gave you the hints ... do some box simulations with say Vb= 80% of the total target 117
get the tuning you like, convert the tube into slots and finish the figuring final dimensions or alter Vb slightly, with the added port volume, and speaker cone, amp space.

84 liters tuned to 24, use a round 4" port roughly 16-17 inches long
