Slone 11.4 vs ESP P3A Project

Am not an electronics engineer. Just have basic electrical knowledge and qualification.
My question is; i have made the Elliot's P3A Amplifier before but wanted to upgrade. Is the Randy Slone's 11.4 project better than the P3A in sound quality?

In theory yes, given its a more thorough design(*), but note this thread: "High" THD in Slone Figure 11.4 amp


(*) current mirror load for LTP, 2 transistor VAS, 2-pole compensation.
