Slight issue with Hifonics Zeus

Hope someone can offer some insight.

Installed a VII series Zeus powering JBL C608gti 2 way components up in the front a few months ago after being in storage for close to 10 years.

It seems to run and sounds fine, after all these years.

The only issue is the left channel does not turn on with the same rate of delay and gradual volume increase as the right channel when powering up. It almost comes on instantly and with a slight pop about a second before the right channel.

Also had a high noise floor in this same left channel, but I think I traced it too a bad rca.

Could this problem be related to it being close to 20 years old and this is a sign of imminent failure?

If this were the case then would it be as simple as replacing a bunch of caps provide they are available?

I want to be proactive to prevent any serious damage.

Thanks

Q101 and Q201 are the muting transistors. Remove them and confirm that the voltage swing on the 3rd leg is the same for both. If it is, replace both transistors.

Place the black probe on one of the non-bridging speaker terminals when measuring the voltage.

These amps had a problem with leaking capacitors, especially those near the power wire. Is there any brown liquid in that area?

Would leakage be possible after the amp was put back in service?

I'm guessing yes, even though prior to installation it was inspected for leakage and all looked good visually.

Currently installed and won't be able to get at it in the immediate future.

But, I would prioritize upon your advice to avoid any serious potential problems.

The attached images show what the caps can do. The electrolyte actually saturated the fiberglass. The amp hasn't been repaired yet (belongs to a friend and he has no use for it) but when it is, the fiberglass will have to be cut away to prevent the board from conducting between layers and burning.
